RICE RICE BABY

So it's New Year's Eve and I decided stay at home, mope around, and celebrate my last day of 2008 alone. Home is almost 11 hours away and I have to pack my stuff before the week's over, so I will not go home for New Year this time. I'm leaving the country pretty soon so I have to pack, pack, and PACK! I really don't like packing..I wish someone can do that for me for free hehe (>_<) I had almost a week and a half of time off from work so it has been awesome doing nothing..no school work is DA BOMB! Anyway, I ate an early lunch today before I head out for some important errands. I used the leftover mandu's (with the help of Maangchi) that I made last night for lunch. They were frozen when I took them out of the freezer, but it took some hard pulling and tugging before I could get each of them separated before I fried them. I also made some soba to add with my delicious mandu's. Bon appetit!

It was a simple meal yet very appetizing and satisfying! I had pretty much stopped cooking for a while since I got pretty lazy and tired after coming home from work. On top of that school is making me tiresome so forget about cooking hehe..But since I been on my break and had too much time on my hands and don't know what to do with myself, I began to crack open my pots and pans again..And the results are ohhh-sooo-yummmy!

Well, I guess it's always a good tradition to make some New Year resolutions before a new one starts. I think this time my resolutions are:

1. pass my GMAT and get accepted into a graduate's school
2. gain about 5 more lbs to my body

3. eat more yummy food
4. try to study more and not procrastinating too much
5. visit Vietnam and Korea
6. be more genteel (haha)
7. win a million dollar jackpot!
8. learn how to cook more food dishes.
9. stop poking my nose while driving
10. be more sensitive to other peoples' feelings

Okie, I better stop right here..I can ramble on and on if I really want to, but this is enough rambling for me in one day. Anyway, I hope ya'll have a wonderful New Year's Eve and may your New Year be a wonderful journey fill with great health, happiness, and of course LUCK!!!
